Started playing last month (had played on TBC) and enjoying my experience so far. Love MoP and love the Pandarean race, not sure what's with all the hate surrounding it.. Either way, it's certainly still alive and kicking. I'm on EU, tho.

It gets addicting once you reach max lvl and start lategame content. That's when the game really "starts". The grind before that is snore city, i ceebs leveling even 1 character lol.Quote:

I'm stuck in PUGS...LFR...have killed Garrosh...but in LFR...so that really doesn't count. No guild...I'm more of a loner. Regardless...all the epic gear today will be DE'd in next patch...so no biggie :)
WoW is still a great game worth paying for. When you compare it to all other MMOs currently on the market, well, there is no comparison. There is so much to do in WoW even if you're bored of leveling / raiding. New games have crashed and burned within 2 to 3 years. WoW is going on 10 years and the community is still very much alive.
Experience highly varies by realm, however with the recent realm merges it definitely feels more crowded than any other MMO competing against WoW at the moment. Trav and I tried literally everything before coming back to WoW and the sad fact is there is just nothing out there that is as well built or as rewarding as WoW.

The realms that are linked should be all in the same region though, so you should not get grouped with people from other regions speaking other languages.
I gave up leveling my 22 druid without heirlooms on a new server so i just transferred my 85 pally across & am just playing on that lol. hoping to hit 90 soon but tbh I'm only getting through 1/3rd of a lvl per day lol. brought accross bulk heirlooms with him though so that'll help me lvl my druid again.
Just contemplating what to do cos my fiance went to Blizzcon last year & got the virtual gifts inc the Murkalot pet but we are still deciding which account to activate it on >.< she has the bigger pet collection with rarer mounts (inc the Onixia mount, server first) but she doesn't play anymore & I'm the only one with an active subscription. Murkalot is also in a D3 crusder set, i'm the only one who has D3, is getting the expansion, and i already have Tyrael's charger... Thinking of taking this content since it's more D3 related and she can have the content from this year's Blizzcon (only getting a virtual ticket tho).
You do know you can mail BoA's cross realm now right? Just put the name of the new toon with a - then the server name. Last patch added this.
and I don't know why...but late at night I get alot of people from Brazil in LFG and LFR's...
Yea but I'm playing on Oceanic now moving away from Zul'jin, you can only mail them within realms in the same region. I just packed all my BOA's onto my Pally & transferred him over.
Trav, want to pay for an account for me for like two months until I have a steady income flowing?
