Worst Games?

I have to say Final Fantasy XI on PC was sucky.. I'm a fan of FF games but.. this one was just quite bad.. Don't remember anything else..

LOTR online isnt that bad, nothing compared to other mmo's. Its just takes a while for the story to really kik in.

Battlefield 2 modern combat for ps2, everytime i go to play online their servers are always down, was fun for awhile, now its just a waste of money. (specially all those team killers)

There, such a rip of Second Life. Plus, it sucks, you have to pay to get stuff, unlike in Second Life, where you can build/script your own (For free)!

1. Lots of people can. Especially if they are 15-25 years old. Which is the age of your average gamer.

2. Take it you have never played much of the 16-bit era where most of the greatest games have been mad for. Even the 8-bit NES was classic.

The SNES had 1000's of games and probably the system with the most highest rated games out there. 2D action games are some of the best games to have ever came and the over head 2d games where ace also.

Look at the first 5 Mario games. They are classic. 1, 2, 3, World, and the other one I can't remember it's name. They are the best platform games you can ever find. Far better then any buggy 3d one out there.

And what about Sonic 1-4? No 3d game can match the rush it can give you. Being able to run though a course so fast that you have trouble making out what's happening and being able to kill things and jump bottomless pits at the same time. You just can't match the rush that you get from those games.

What about Zelda? Sure the ones on the N64 were great. But have you ever seen the SNES one? That was total class. And what about RPGs? The SNES had some of the best RPG's that have ever been made. Chrono Trigger and FFVI to name of couple of them.

And lets not forget Mega Man and Metroid. You can't beat their 2d action. Sure you have 3d versions but they totally suck against their originals.

And lets not forget about Metal Gear. It was originally on the NES and it was just as good as the Metal Gear Solid series.

And if you look at it. There are more spots games now then there was back then. Makes lots of since as making a 2D sports game is harder then a 3D one. Hell look at the new PS3. Most of the games on it at the moment are sports. ;)

lolz, this is pretty funny cos i think i didnt wrote my post the way i was trying to convey my msg. How about ill tell bout myself

I actually love the 16-8 bit era's and own a nes/snes/64 ( im a nintendo fan :P). I have played all the games mentioned above with a special intrest of course in the zelda series which i have started playing again thanks to the Wii's virtual console feature. Also metroid is a great game.

But i have to say what i was trying to say in my earlier post, see this may seem a little double-standard-ish but all those games come under what i had written before- metroid beat'em shooter with a mix of sci-fi adventure
zelda-adventure
megaman-adventure
and so-forth

But see my philopshy to speak' is to base things on the majority, thus snes nes games were on the majority not very inventive since like i said they didnt have alot of creative room due to their technical capabilities. NOT TO SAY that those great games stated above arent well great but well...they dont stand for the whole majority of games that that era housed so well..

Those games were good but they were alot that were bad so to include those era games in a worst game list would basically fill it up

oh nd i stand corrected on people not relating to those games i though RZ had younger forum members. :P my bad

I really didn't like Final Fantasy XI, all the other FF games are good. But this game just sucked really bad.

I remember a lot of games where you played a demon and you made a lair..but I don't remember their names. They sucked horribly because it was just one long drawn out story that led to nothing. And the graphics sucked too.
