however, only if its a big network, meaning lots of ppl playing.I support sony more, but i think xbox wins the online experience
played xbox online at my m8s house, it fucking owned :D

xbox live good = way better games ( common, all ps2 has is the socoms)
much easier to find friends and play, due to friendlist
voice communication in every game
content can be updated and released to you
xbox live bad: subscription and need high speed internet
ps2 good- no up front sub. either kind of connection
ps2 badf- very few good games, voice not in most of the games, not many online games period.

man im switching to xbox asap trying to get rid of my sony right now :) so i can get a pwnage system like the xbox with fable <drools> and halo 2 will own everything, man you can hold dual machine guns fucking right thats gonna pwn everything :D my friend is making me stay over for a weekend just for halo 2 gotta stock up on energy drinks :p
Xbox is way better then the PS2 online. YOu get voice commincation, email, and then the soon to come mod packs, update check surfering, instant messenger, more expansive chat rooms... the list goes on and on.
ya i have xbox live and got it at a good rate but only online game i have are project gotum racing 2 and counter-strike pm me if u have any of thouse game and ill play u online but i think pc is better

for less than 1 pence a day you can play the games you love online and share the experience with your friends!
for ps2 you have to buy an adapter, but then again the games are free to play online...
when i was playin online on socom it lagged like ****!!!
when i play online, with games like Black Arrow and Burnout 3 there is no lag at all.....
also the games for ps2 are restricted, as more come out on the xbox...
there's not much more to say other than xbox rules, and ps2 sux :)
mind you ps2 online lags due to variety of connections from dial up to cable if it was like xbox and accept only cable,dsl etc it probably wouldnt lag.... also some of the other games are missing for ps2 online like so Resident Evil: outbreak, Call of Duty: Finest Hour, Front Mission Online (soon as far as I know it is still in Japan), then ya got FFXI then again require sub, Killzone, Star Wars: Battle Front something like that err... that's probably all the online games I can think of since some are sports and I hate sport games.....
