Its the real design, albeit not a totally finalised one. The console doesnt always stand on its side, it's just a silly marketing thing like all the early PS2 shots where it was stood vertically (who honestly ever did that and bought a stand?).

Anyway, regardless - the pis is a leak taken from the Xbox 360 launch party to be shown on MTV on May 13th. The pic was taken with a handheld phone, so the colour looks a bit dull when
thel actual look is a more sleek shiny white, akin to the iPod/iMac.

If white aint your thing then the covers are totally interchangeable anyway, Microsoft saw an oppertunity to cash in the the current Xbox 'modding' scene so if you dont like the colour or whatever get yourslef a nice silvery chrome one, or another of the doubtless thousand other ones to come out. I guaruntee some cock will bring out a burburry one, too.

Wireless pads, wireless remote, wireless headset, a wireless link to your PC so you can save your games on your PC's hard drive. The big Xbox logo in the centre of the pad is a 'Live' button, brings up your friends list and the abilty to invite/join your friends no matter what you're doing.

TiVo abilitys, so you can record TV at DVD quality or pause/rewind live TV shows. This also means you can program it to record a series of a show and it will every week, until the series finishes. A DVD burner so you can burn said shows/movies to DVD, or any of the music, movies, and trailers you can download through the Xbox live service. VCD playback, web browsing, etc.

You can trust me when I say Sony is making up most of their material. At best, the CPU will be a tad better and MAYBE, a big maybe, more ram(more than 512).

i wouldnt do that yet till we see at least something about the ps3's features and apps... bdw they said that tivo wont be included...

everything was fine with it IMO except that with xbox live u have to subscribe to be able to play online... u can play MMOG's for free, but stuff like tony hawk, need for speed, first person shooters etc, nothing... u have to subscribe.. but besides that u got the voice chat, profile, everything with the free version (free is silver, payed is gold)

If that were to be true, and it may be, we could always look toward Nintendo for the 4 controller port.

Xbox, I believe, came with the 4 controller port and an added HD to get a boost into the gaming market, as the name wasn't well known in the gaming world at that time.
