What you see in the beta is pretty much the final version, all they will do is possibly tweak some settings and remove some bugs, but on the visual side it's all done.

Yeah the Beta is the full engine. All it's there is to test for bugs and to fix those bugs. You might get some minor tweaks like better lighting and shadows but nothing major with textures at all.

They can't do it as the engine will need to be reoptimized and gone though another beta to sort out the FPS issues.

I doubt you can run BioShock on max settings with that card. No way you can do high detail shader effects with a weak card.

CoD4 should run on medium-high settings with low AF and no AA with no problem.
