i say go for the xbox, it has better gfx, better audio, and has a built in hdd that lets u rip music form cd's and play them inside of games ;)
the DoA series and the Halo series are great games to get for it ;)

xbox is better in everyone tbh... sept its a little heavyer and bigger. But who cares? its not like your pick it up and useing as a hand held is it? lol

well i have tryed halo and it wasnt THAT great (the first one)
but there are games i wanna play on GC like zelda and metroid :S

what about PS2?
ps2 has a way bigger selection of rpg/adventure games, it gets all the SquareEnix games, and you can backup more than just music onto the hd

I'd go for the XCube!
xbox, dvd player, cd player, ladeladeda, all that good stuff, ONLINE play unlike GC, voice commincation ina lmost every online game unlike ps2, which one has a few games, the best of the graphics out of the next gen systems, biggest hd out of ps2 and xbox, hti names like NFSU, fable, GR2, halo2, ect, gc is CRUSHED by xbox any day

If I could choose I would go for the GameCube, cuz u can buy almost all the good Xbox games for the pc 2...
I have only tried Super Smash Bros or something like that on the GC, and it was pretty cool.. :) but seen many screenshots... maybe the zelda games for the GC are pretty cool too.. (the zelda games for the n64 pwned)

i dont really have game that i desperatly want for the xbox, more like im looking forward to the online shit...but the GC on the other hand makes me feel it doesent have much future =/
I would so go for the Xbox all the way...it's got better games and the graphix or sweet. Not only that but it seems like all the games that are made for gamecube are kiddy games imo. I have a ps2 right now, but I', buying an xbox soon, i hope *crosses fingers* :icon6:

gamecube is not a good choice it has a low amount of games.
xbox is pretty cool i had one it has awesome graphics and u dont need a memorey card :D

DS is such crap, the second screen looked like a cool idea...but now that I've actually gotten to try it (sister got one for xmas)I found it to be rather annoying :chair: However I am looking forward to a PSP...mmm can't wait, that thing looks freaking sweet, and not only that I'm a diehard sony fanAnd I just got back from buying a gamecube for my brother's birthday tomorrow. So I can't wait to try that out.

XBOX all the way. Althought i like gamecube bcuz of zelda and mario. But nintendo 64 zelda is the best cant get better. XBOX has cool graphics sound and a big hdd for music holding and saved games.
gamecube has more RPGs i tihnk like Skies of Arcadia and stuff (xbox doesnt have a lot of RPGs) and all u really need to do is pick like ur top TEN picks for games on each system, and choose "Would i rather play these 10 games, or these 10 games" and whichever list u choose, go with that console they belong to
