    Re: Zelda Timeline Theory

There is only one conflict with this timeline theory: the position of Twilight Princess.
The Wind Waker clearly states that no one ever returned to challenge Ganon, thus that would mean Twilight Princess happened AFTER The Wind Waker.

TBH, I think Twilight Princess was just a random idea.

Nope there are many clues stated within the game that link it directly to Ocarina of Time.

Zelda, x]. Once a great game, Now even Greater. Never Stops at entertaining me. Although i never got to get my hands on Twilight Princess. I dont really have to, because I know Zelda is probably one of the only games that still has that "Old-School" Feel to it, I hope it keeps that feel. Not many games have that. Look at the Final Fantasy series. The basicly completely changed there outlook in there games, which is great, but to me, the feel is just Not right, Although the FF series are great games There newer ones dont interest me. Im Old-School. Yeah what you found Kaoii, Im not surprised. Zelda is always full of secrets. You Found a Interesting one.

    Re: Zelda Timeline Theory

I think there's a Final Fantasy timeline too. The worlds of the games always seem to be on a level of technological advancement in proportion to the position of the two moons. After a certain point, one of the moons disappears probably due to some sort of cataclysmic event, and it seems like after that are the more technologically advanced games such as VI, VII, and VIII - there isn't a red moon in those games. Final Fantasy IV was based very heavily around the moon as well.

Final Fantasy V also established there are multiple planets in the solar system/galaxy. I might post a YouTube video of my Final Fantasy timeline theory soon.

Errm, Tbh. I dont believe there is one mate, for the fact that all of them start out in a differnt period of time plus, differnt chars. I dont think there can be any link unlike Zelda, where Link has been the main char for years. if there is one. My guess it would be in the older ones. But if you do find one, I am a die hard FF7 fan. Im oldschool i dont care for the newer ones, but I would love to know about it.

Interesting.. I finally understand why the stories in the different games didn't exactly match.

lol A Link to the Past (SNES) is probably the hardest in the series. the two oracle games were really tough too.

FF7 I'm pretty sure starts off with Crisis Core, and in between the ending of crisis core there was a anime that caught what happened when they were running away called the last order. After Zack dies and cloud takes his sword, I'm pretty sure thats where FF7 begins.

    Yeah it is

But, Crisis Core was put in the time period of like 7 years before ff7?, Its a Prelude. There really isnt any other link to anyother games because they all start out differently, if there is a major timeline, i would like to know. :P

Whats weird, is Zach is seen in FF7, and vaguely mentioned. Very Vaguely mentioned.

Why can't people just say there is no timeline? I mean the games are still amazing no matter if they flow or not. Within themselves they make perfect sense.

tbh I don't think the zelda games fit into a timeline, or were ever meant to. Still a cool vid though.

there IS a timeline. the directors of the series say so and they want to bridge the gaps in future games.

Well then they should come out with some statement on what the timeline is supposed to be like right now. I mean personally, i've usually supported the split one.

    Re: Zelda Timeline Theory

Pretty good theory but tbh I play the games for fun, nothing much else really matters.

I found Zelda II the hardest overall since you have to find your way everywhere then after that only to find you need something like upward thrust to beat a boss etc.

    Crash
