You make as much sense in your posts as Nicki Minajs music. Still don't need a packer, it's not as important as real tools such as xtrap bypass and anti hack, or a modifier for textures. Also Canija still begged in the form of a thread, so he can still go Argo fuck himself.

i have problem with my repack..., when i want to repack .pkg file at TR File, it's says " Not a PKG File ".....how to fix that ??

Repacking isn't implemented. You can see if you use cmd and open talesrunnerpkg.exe and do "talesrunnerpkg -c FOLDER"
Of course no quotes and the folder is replaced by the directory.
EDIT: made it a bit simpler.
