Get a static IP package from your ISP. They're mainly for businesses so they're costly. But you can change the noip host without having to go to the website. It's on the no-ip website. It's called DUC and anyway if you're such a beginner in this type of things I recommend you should go with Hamachi.

Or you can use the static IP changer from port-foward.com for free and thats what I use....
