A question about .ca3 (charanimationfile3)

So I just unpacked some files from .pkg for the models and texture and I ported the models to 3dmax.

But there is a .ca3 file that is the animation file that I needed for my project.

I used the notepad++ to open it but all the words were garbled except the first word (charanimationfile3)

Is there any way to decode or convert it to 3dmax?

i know how to port the models just confusing on the animation file
otherwise it will be so much work for me on animation

3D Max comes with animation. Don't you even support 3DMAX animation?
