I see people using no-ip and these IP filters but dyndns is basically the easiest way to do it.
I just give you advice that you NEVER want to host a server off your home IP (the one you get when you search whats my ip), it'll work but it just about kills your connection, not advised.
Really no-ip or dyndns has no purpose besides ddos protection and protecting your location and shit, but anyone playing a TR pserv with your location isn't that much of a threat.
I actually want to see if I can get tunngle to work with TR, when I hosted servs on tunngle it was actually quite stable for the most part.
Tunngle works in the same awy as hamachi but has alot more options and less lag.
