Xtrap Problem

Everything is working completely fine except for xtrap. This is the error:

I looked all over the place trying to find out how to solve this. All I could really find was changing my host settings and downloading this thing which I didn't understand how to use it or where to put it. Can anybody help me with this issue? I know I need to host my own xtrap (I think) but I really have no idea how. Help is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: If it helps any, I am using the client from mcaso123's post (http://forum.ragezone.com/f813/files...thread-935824/)

UPDATE: I found links to an xtrap bypass DLL. (https://mega.nz/#!yU8hAQCa!5UlMkg11j...RiRka7Ut0luCQA)
But it's removed. :( Does anyone happen to have the DLL?

UPDATE: I found a client somewhere here that had xtrap already removed. I'm not gonna bother linking it because there is literally no point. Take my advice: I have spent hours on end trying to get this to work and it just never works. There is no way possible to get help from a professional because this entire community is pretty much dead. Don't even bother trying to fix it because it's just a waste of time. Maybe this community will open again, which I hope it does but I really doubt it. Your best bet is to just play a legit tales runner server like the one on steam. I hope this community comes back maybe, but I doubt it. So I am quitting.
