+15 Glow

hello, i just want to ask. what should i replace so that my season 4 has +15 glow effect? because when i tried to make +15 item it look like a +0 item. lol, but my server does support +15. so what should i replace? glow.gld or glow.dll or what?

change server files to season 6.. season 4 doesn't support +15 items.

my server files repacked by ulfsark does support +15 items, i can make them via maker. my question is on how to add glow effect like the photo above?
