Try replacing connect.muonline.webzen.com with your IP in the Main that you think works.
And also delete the IGC.dll

that MuServer and Client was only Season6 Episode3 not really a Ex700.
the only Ex700 there is the interface.
i used that files before and it has too many bugs.
