2 Servers in 1 PC

Hi Razers!

i Have a problem, i install 2 servers in 1 pc:
1 High Rate Server i run in primary pc
2 Low Rate Server i run in Virtual machine

1 High rate server have Ip 192.168.1.3
2 Low rate server have Ip 192.168.1.7 (Virtual machine)

Result:
In local i join in the game in low and high rate
In Global IP displayed 1 High Rate server
a low rate is not visible

System cfg.
Primary pc Msql Server 2008R2 Win7 32bit
Virtual pc msql Server 2000 WinXp 32bit

Who can help set up I can not do it right from the server or CS or mapserverinfo.cfg or what not!?
