3rd Class NPC Error, PLS HELP!

Priest Devin requires to kill 20 Soram Officer, but when i killed 20, still cant continue with the quest, and Kill counts stays 10/20 even if i already killed more than 20.. pls help me with this so players can do 3rd class quest on my server. Here's a screenshot.

.bmd is in client side

well i can say that the problem that stop on 10 is not on client side..
its on server side..
change your quest(kor).txt
if you want to change that 20 to 10 ,, then edit your quest.bmd
