97d+99 can be able to add M(MOVE)'s command?
and i make a gm char,i cannot move(/move stadium,anywhere,anyplace),only set back normal player then can move!
97d have any gm command?
97d can add post command?

I have no idea. The only 97 I know with that isnt released here. Its on czf forum by a user named blackjack or similar.
