97D message on boat screen

From what I have been reading, in order to get a message on the boat screen..I need to edit "message_kor.wtf" Fine and dandy. Fire up the WTF editor and I have no idea which line it is to edit this thing. I saw two blank lines and assumed that was it. Copied the file into the muserver\gameserver folder, replaced the file. reloaded server. nothing when I click on the server. Any idea on what line it is in the message_kor.wtf? I'm totally lost here. Thanks.

Could you tell us what message? there are many messages on boat screen.. it could be also in text.bmd on client.. pleace specify more or give a screen.

Well for example when you click on the server a message appears in blue with like custom updates I want to add and such.
