About Guild Member

im having problem on guild member when i restart the server the guild member is disappearing i have no idea where to start i try to trouble shot it but i fail i need help if any one knows how to fix this problem

where you got files and what MSSQL/windows you use

im using Season 6 And SQL 2000 i forgot where did i get the database
