About making website using NOIP+xammp

Hello guys! can i ask some help? is there a tutorial here on how to setup NOIP using xammp? i want to make website for my mu server but i have a problem i am using the IP of HAMACHI in order for them to connect in website. is there any way to change its address from IP to NAME (Like muonline.hapto.org etc... something like that) does anyone here know?




It will be a very big big help for me if there is a clear tutorial for me NEWBIE in making MU.

If ur using a HAMACHI ip no ip wont function right with it. But you can try it just when u create a host in. No-Ip set the ip to your HAMACHI ip.
