After people makes account on website, when they try to connec twith account on the game says"invalid account" . Some fixes or ideeas?

some accounts works, others don't.this is the strange thing. I have MuServer Season 3 Episode 1 , and i use mucore 1.0.8 (same problem i had on muweb 0.9

same problem bro i think in data base by the way password is problem try to change your pass maybe 1 to 9 letters only
