Add New Jewels on server

I need some help. I'm trying for 1 week to put new jewels in shop.
I've edited the item.txt from Data/Lang/
I created the shop with the new jewels, but when i reload the shop and open up the shop in-game, there are just empty spaces where new jewels should be.

I'm trying to put the Jwl of Luck,Level,Socket,Skill,Exc.. but no results... Can someone assist me? I will be grateful. Thank you.

how do u know this is gonna work adding new jewel? maybe u need to have it coded in client?
