Adding the footer to a template [ 4FUNer ]

I will put the [ 4FUNer ] help request first because he knows my template and the problems I had with it + a great skill of coding.

Anyone else who wants to help can and would be very appreciated !

Problem : My template doesn't load the footer image, I don't know why , as you can see here :



in template/images, I have the footer.jpg file ! as you can see here :



And this is the code from index.php ( template index ) that creates the footer :

Where is the problem, why I can't see the footer when I open the website ?!
