Adjust success rate - client

Hi evreyone,

I play Mu rhidge, I use Extremueditor 7.0, who can guide me how to adjust success rate when make wings, creat items +10,11,12,13 to 100%??

I also want to know how we can adjust the index to make wing lv3 with ignore opponent's defenssive power by 5% if we r client not the server.

We can use mueditor to adjust items so we cannot adjust success rate bro?
