After quest lvl 3

I have a S6Ep3 Sv files bought from IGC,and after chars make quest lvl 3..they can enter only in BC8,Chaos Castle7,DS6 and they canot complete Gens quest anymore.Is normal this settings on S6 version or i should change something to work properly mean,if i have 50 lvl to go BC 1 etc..

I Wonder something , you pay for your files , why you don't get support from them? are they slow or something or they want more cash for extra support?
sorry for the off topic but im sure you have to check IGC forum for the existing bug and there should be solution or something.
