Ai Julia GameServer Crash

hi anyone can help me i have server running server ai julia files with windows server 2008 r2 with 12gb of ram but after 4 to 8 hours my gameserver got crash it said not responding anyone can help me to fix it?

Well there must be issue in game probably, some bug like dropping a box/eventitembag that has wrong settings could crash it, anything else also might do that with errors.
check Log and see what u got on last?

when i see the logs of not responding it said the gameserver error and WzAG.dll failure
