all exe's are loading slow

hi everyone ... i dont how that happend i reinstalled the sql and then while creating the odbc i noticed that they are really slow but in the end everything is succesfull. But when i run the muserverstartup all exe's are loading slow ... very slow. Any ideas ?

i solved the issue by reinstalling the sql and this time i used named instance ( server/server for example not (local) and the odbc connection begun faster again and the exe's too). This problem occurs on windows server 2008 r2 x64
