All level 220 skills are bugged on Titan Tech 11.11.92

Hello,

I am using Titan Tech 11.11.92 and all level 220 skills are bugged. If the skill is not underpower, it's overpower, and if it isn't none of both, it just doesn't work.

I guess it is a server side problem. I'd like to change my files, could some share with me a Titan Tech files that are working? And if it's a client problem, could someone share with me the fix?

I've spent 3 days just fixing ALL bugs in SCF_Skills.ini....I think you should do the same....

Yep, search on sites like "guiamuonline.com" or "lotusguide.com" and check for correct formulas and fix it.

I don't think it's a Formula problem. Dark Side skill for example, doesn't work for Mobs but it's overpower on PvP...
