Another Castle Siege problem

Using 1.02Q files and as far as i can tell the castle siege is working i went into enterprise manager and set up all the files and everything but the only problem is i cant get to valley or loren map. trying to warp with /move *character name* 31 60 14 it gives me "Warping to that specific location is unavailable at the moment." and if you try to go in the gate we created it freezes the client. Please someone help ive looked thru different help threads and found nothing.

Possible reasons:
-CastleSiege Server is offline
-Mapserverinfo.dat isn't properly configured
