Is all ip locations edited mapserver.cfg?

Yes. Make sure all IP/SQL locations are edited.
it seems everything is ok..
but still cant open the gameserver :(

i know what you did, u runned the correct shortcut of the gameserver.exe with the parameters with the ports etc on the properties lol.
Just a beside question: why didn't you ask @KarLi right from the beginning lols.
