Apache + GameServer Problem

I'm suffering from very very strange problem, I'v tried many ways to solve it but without any success.

I'm using deticated server from 'ovh' on windows serv 2012 R2.
I'm also an IGCN costumer(They can't solve it).

My problem is happening when I'm running apache on my deticated, in order to to run my website, Im getting DC in all of the accounts, that were connected to my game server after a period of time.

This is the Log that comes before the DC:

which means somthing in the apache is like attacking the local ip which is the gamserver ip.
This is very strange and I cant find a way to solve it, I have tried to Install AppServ also, and it still the same problem.

This is not DDOS Attack beacsue my server is not open yet, noone even know my domain.
In my opinion the problem, is kind of loop that creating of some misconfiguration or somthing, that cause the apache to attack the local ip. And becasue I'm using root in the deticated with the gameserver, it is making flood on the GS and the ANTI-HACK is disconnecting all and stucking the GS.

The question is why is doing that, and how can I fix it?

full virus scan your machine, use fresh webfile, (new extract) reinstall appache or use iis,

I odnt think I have virus beacsue I'v downloaded only known softwares.
So I'm trying your advice about IIS, I'v installed it from the windows server manager.
I will update if the problem is solved, Thank You for you help.
