RDS,fiber optical,ip dynamic,Speed 100.0 Mbps

Windows System,Xp sp 2 Service Pack 2

I tested :

-avast internet security 7

-eset smart security 6

-comodo firewall

Report the IP to ISP. You can't defend by yourself a home connection.

Do an IP lookup on the attacker's IP and you will find there an email address like abuse@isp.tld and write an email there explaining your problem. They will prevent the attacker to reach you.

But still before trying this just block all external UDP connections from firewall.

cause usually attackers dont use static ip they reset router change ip and continue for attack , really hard to secure :/

Just check the "All local ports" option instead of a specified port.

That's why I suggested to contact the ISP, they will know what user used an IP at a given time so they can block that user's external traffic.

I don't have any experience with firewall of windows xp. If you use a custom firewall then search a tutorial for it.
