Ban on time

I tried to make a block of time, I mean say I will ban a player for the SQL then pick the date and bring down his Ban on after month.
I did it all in C + + and it does not work for me, I tried many times but could not.
Can someone give me perhaps through or Source Code or guide to do it?

If you need this for your server is more easyer with MuCore, that has this option.
