I dont know but as far as i heard IGCN have the best files ... I also like TT Cracked files , idk about premium ... I also played on MuEngine files and they were really good .
Now ... all files are good in their way ... every files have bugs :)

I'm using TT 11.70.24 just becouse I dont have budget to buy IGCN files...IMO for what I've seen and read about, IGCN is the best, when I have budget, I'll but it and I'll be happy for it...
So, my opnion is IGCN.
