Best PvE and PvP 97d-99i version

hi all there i wanna try some stats and i got some ideas so if anyone give me some help post free here :)

i want see ideas for example 5k stats and for 10k stats.....

5k=5.000 stats

PvE bk will be like 3k str 2k ene?

PvP bk will be 2k str 1500agi 1500vit with luck ref dd set?
2k str 2k agi 1k vit with luck rate dd or luck dd hp?
1.8str 1.2agi 2k vit with luck ref hp set?

i wana see many ideas so we can speak and find some best ideas and stats...
this is only one Example-----for 5k stats i wana see ideas for 5K and for 10K too

thats not a n easy question you got there mate, and it differs from everyone and matters from everyone, the only way to understand or lets say find the best one its just by trying it our your self by testing and testing.
