That green layer is semi-transparent image. There is only one launcher for MU Online what supports PNG images and semi-transparent layers like shadows etc. and it's Bigman's Premium launcher for IGCN files. All you can do is to code whole new launcher system what will supports semi-transparent layers![]()
so it means i cant replace the bmp files eh? ive heard that we can replace the bmp files with PE editor nor ResHack :D
btw thanks dude
Sure, you can replace them, but all semi-transparent layers will be replaced with that ugly green color.
You can try removing that semi-transparent border through photoshop or smth (just cut the image better)
:D well im just want to know.....if it is posible or not by replacing the bmp files
u mean remove/cut the DL picture (on my example)? well yeah its work no green border :D
anyway thanks for ur time guys
Guys, if you are using nanolauncher, you can make it with png... :) I am using photoshop, and just need to set 8 bit in the image properties.

Check this img, I used png images in the nanolauncher, and everything was okey!
rgb+8bit = good transparent bg.
yeah nano launcher is PNG files not BMP
but ive found it out too for BMP files
i am using this launcher http://forum.ragezone.com/f197/mu-gl...tomize-650773/
1. design it first and then convert it into index files, images>mode>indexed color save it as PNG for example: launcher.png
2. open it (launcher.png) select all and copy
3. create new files(CTRL+N) mine : 794x583
4. set background to lime=#00ff00
5. create new layer and paste the images from launcher.png
6. save it as BMP files / all default
7. replace MuLauncher background with PE Editor
its work for me
![]()
Oh yes sry :)
But if you save it in bmp and its 8 bit, your bg need to be transparent. :)
ic.....but shadow, outeler glow doesnt work. :D
What i do is, extract the green bmp from the launcher with resource hacker, edit in photoshop , save again on same extension, reuse, done.
ive done that but it give me a green border on the outside btw thanks
