Hi susanu...

The first part is in your Gameserver\Data\CommonServer.txt

//		   NPC Buffer Options		        //
//------------------------------------------------------//
ShadowPhantomMaxLevel		        = 140

The second one is in Eventbags.txt i dont know yet i had a list here i will add it if you sood make your list about each eventbags.txt

Thanks man . but i have 1 more questions . how to remove time on dark lord spell on Fire screem .. or Fire tornado . how you want to tell it :) Thanks again
