BUG on Master SEAL OF WEALTH TT 11.70.28

[CAPITOL]

When I use the MASTER SEAL OF WEALTH in the CashShop nothing happens

- No visual effect on the Character
- No additional EXP in the Server
- Only the "Violet" thing on the Top Bar

Hope somebody can help, don't know if the problem is in the Server Files or the Client.

If you are using the Main that i gave you please TRY to change your main.exe to 1.04D by Aecrimn! :D
