Cant compile files

    Cant compile files

    Hello i am using IA Julia 1.1.0.298 source but when i try to compli i have this error:


    Can not open include file: 'atltime.h': No such file or directory


    I try with visual studio 2013, 2012, 2010 but the same error. Someoen please can help me and tell me wich program or give the solution for this problem thanks.

    that file is a system file, it is included in some windows default library if i'm not mistaken
