can't connect or server won't show up anymore =c

Problem:

i have no problem before with the connection i had 3-5 players online in my first day of service (LoL xD) until when i shutdown my server via GameServer(the one under the Msg - 5 minutes close)because i accidentally closed the ConnectServer and then when im trying to open up the CS i can't enter the game(along with the new players) but the online players are still there so i decided to take down the server by doing the Shutdown menu in Gameserver(like what i said above xD). re-run all links but still no avaial i can't connect even the outside connections.



NO SERVER HUHUUHUH:



what i'd did so far:
-double tripple quadropol check of ip's = they are still the same when it was working but now not anymore =c
-turned off my antivirus(norton) - which i did not do when the server was running smooth =c
-re-isntalled muserver (all files db got dleeted =c )
-turnned off Router =c
-reboot my PC
-checked ports on my router = good but still no works(55901, 44405 and 80 are open)

so if anyone had experienced and knows how to deal with this please help =c

First reason, when server not showing - problems with main.exe

maybe you incorrectly change IP or Serial.

This is 100% client side problem )

if you are using windows vista, try running the launcher as admin
