Cant Connect to my server

Hi, i need some help with my server...my problem is that i cant connect into my server,when i can just see the intro in my cliente and didnt appear the button to login, ips are well config and main (i guess). im using Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits,and my internal ip 192.16x.x.xx, its the same if i put 127.0.0.1. what can i check?? tnx for help blush:

server files are Ok...ports, i dont know, but i turn off my firewall and its the same :S

youre connecting from the same pc? (client and server in 1 pc)

check antivirus some of the anti virus have firewalls included like ESET Smart Security :D

if your running under the router kindly forward all ports in your router... :D

Try to add your [local ip - 192.xxx.x.x] [no-ip or whatever] below the 127.0.0.1 localhost line in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
