Cant Create Account/Character

I use MU Server SeasonIV,,and my OS is Windows7 64bit,,
my problem is when i try to log-in to the game all username & password are accepted even i didnt register that account in MuMaker,,,whats wrong with this?Help Me Please,,,

dont understand what u mean..
if u cant create account it means maybe cus u use md5 and u havet o change to non md5 or rather change to md5 cus u use non md5...

depends on whats ur server database encryption
