Cant Launch Mu

i bought a new PC, but cant play mu

its not with the computer specs coz its a pretty good PC.

alright here's the problem.

as soon as i Click CONNECT button from the launcher, this thing appears and it closes MU immediately,




Any advice people ? xD i really want to play now :S

Did you try downloading DirectX? Because i had some probs earlier before.. Or maybe your using the wrong Launcher?

Whats your OS? Seems Windows 7 but is it 32bit or 64bit

i use windows 7 Starter 32-bit :)

and 100% sure im using the right launcher.

Did you try right click Properties and change compatibility
into Windows XP/SP3 Or SP2?

If that doesnt work try running it as Administrator By checking the box below

And make sure your firewall allows it to run

ive tried to change compatibilities, still doesnt work, also tried run as admin, still non, and my ive set it as an exception through firewall.

Btw, on the black thingy , a message sometimes appears, it says

"Program is too big to fit in memory"

Well, try downloading this Program too big to fit memory can be resolved. Download Clean RAM Professional to solve xp virtual memory too low, program too big to fit memory, xp program too big to fit in memory, windows xp virtual memory too low, program too big to fit in memory

and use it

If it doesnt work, i got 1 more thing you can try..

Also in DOS, you only have 640K (max) available to run programs.
So make sure you dont go pass the 640k
Other issues that may cause the problem
The installation file was corrupted during the download.
The installation file is not complete.

and btw, how do i know if i exceeded 640K ? where can i see it ?

I suppose you need too redownload MU and reinstall it..

You can check it by Going to Start>CMD and in CMD type "MEM" without the "

ive already tried redownloading client still doesnt work.

and btw, how do i reduce the running program thing so i dont exceed 640K?

coz it might work if i reduce it and run MU :)

btw, i dont think main is corrupted :S
