Cant move at crywolf

hi anyone can help me because i cant move in crywolf but i already open the port and already running my GSCS but its still cant move and it said "you are currently not able to warp" im using ai julia server files

Do you configure MapServerInfo.dat?
Open GSCS port on firewall and router if you have?

yea i already config but still cant warp and im using VPS already allowed it in firewall but still not working

What server files you using???

Do you config server GSCS on ConnectServer(like hide) , has config Castle Siege or accept dialog box when GSCS load?
