You have to add date of Start and End of registration in SQL > MuOnline > Table > MuCastle_DATA

on higher version it works in that method, but on other version it might not so better just to follow the regular tutorial aswell:

if u have sql 2005/2008 then u configure it differently False = 0 and True 1 so change 1st and 3rd config to True and the rest like the tutorial says.
