You need to find in MuOnline database MuCastle_DATA table then open the table and there you can edit SIEGE_START_DATE and SIEGE_END_DATE
Or just delete the Row Line and restart GameServerCS.exe and it will automaticaly set up the dates and start the castle 1 week after.

Not an easy question, what server files do you use?
i think there is no such system, cuz when you take castle siege you have (1. Lord Mix Machine and 2. Land Of Trials map) which are very good rewards for castle siege alliance/guild winners!
But hey everything is possible, maybe you can do website module so when admin guild wins castle gets 1000 credits or something like that.
