Castle Siege - Who can and who can't enter LOT

I am using TTech Season 6 Episode 3 Server files.

I don't remember how to edit this " Only the winners of Castle Siege can enter and hunt in LOT " and other players can't.

So on my server anyone can enter LOT, I want to make a restriction so only the Castle SIege owner ( and guild mates ) can enter there.

Only the GuildMaster of the Castle Owner can set it.if he wants to open it to non guild member or only for the guild members.
