Change Ip and Serial into jewels.dll

Hi guys I have one question: how can I change ip and serial into jewels.dll of this Main? http://forum.ragezone.com/f197/main-...-items-854021/

I've tried to change it with Hex Editor but when I search the serial or the ip but it say "string not found".

Anyone can help me please?
