Changing the drop rate of orb and scroll in s6ep

hi guyz where i can change the drop rate of orbs and scroll in server files s6ep3 im using SCF server files..

if u find in gameserver folder or in scfdata itemdrop rate.txt or smtihng
u can add any orb u want as custom and raise the drop rate etc.
