Chaos Machine wont accept exellent items to upgrade from +10 to +15

Hi, I would like to ask whats seems to be a solution to fix this up.

When i placed the items the system just told me " you cant do that" is this in the client side? or server side.

depends on what files u using.
the problem is on gameserver.exe for sure
what files u using? if u using from my guide s5 one. u cant upgrade to 15 only max +14 cus its bug which i am trying t ofigure out.

Thank you for the Quick reply. im using GS 10.07.65 I just cant figure also why :) I have trying to edit some configuration but it seems there is none of those configuration text is for the restriction of excellent items.
